TASTING NOTES Our dark, ruby red Cabernet Sauvignon has intense aromas and flavors of juicy red berries, cherries and plum.

FOOD PAIRING A pleasant little wine that invites casual sipping and casual meals. Perfect dance partner with veggie burgers, spicy fajitas, aromatic cheeses, antipasti, and dark chocolate.

VINIFICATION Hand-picked grapes; short maceration and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 24○C to 26○C. Secondary malolactic fermentation is produced in a natural way, with 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
